Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Cardiopulmonary Function and Elecrolytes density in Female
Abstract
The purpose of research is to the function of respiratory circulation and change of density of an electrolyte depending on training period of aerobic exercise with 12 people for a test group and 6 people for control group the conclusions are below. 1. By the function of respiratory circulation V0_2max has been increased similarly after 8weeks and 12weeks depending on training period(p<0.05), HRrest has been decreased similarly after 12weeks(p<0.05) and quantity of ventilation has been increased similarly after 12weeks. 2. Body fat has not been decreased statistically for 12weeks training period. 3. By change of density of an electrolyte, density of Na^+ has been decreased similarly after 12 weeks depending on training period(p<0.05) and density of K^+ has been increased similarly after 12 weeks(p<0.05). By the conclusions above, VO_2max and quantity of ventilation have been increased similarly by jogging with is aerobic exercise, HRrest has been decreased similarly and density of Na^+ and K^+ has been change similarly. For the function of respiratory circulation and similar change of density of an electrolyte, it is probably possible to have training period for over 12 weeks by 60-70% HRmax, because we can not expect similar change of body fat by training period in this research, we need training period for an hour a day and 5 times a week for over 12 weeks by exercise of 60-70% HRmax for decrease body fat,
