Review : Effect of administration on blood leptin oxidation in rat
Abstract
This research seeks to give SHRSP a 45-day oral injection of low-calcium feeds containing the two kinds of fibers such as chitosan and cellulose with different features, however no cholesterol and find out how the dietary fiber influences the increase in weight and decrease in plasma cholesterol. 1. The chitosan group and control group, cellulose group was showed a significant decrease in weight (P<0.05). 2. The chitosan group and cellulose group showed a significant decrease in fat (P<0.05), compared to the control group. 3. In total cholesterol concentration, the chitosan group showed a significant difference compared to the control group, while the cellulose group showed a significant difference (P<0.05) compared to the control group. 4. The chitosan group control group, cellulose group was showed a significant difference in HDL cholesterol concentration (P<0.05) Based on the said findings, the working of dietary fiber is considered to combine with other elements to influence blood lipids. And, since the eating of dietary fiber is found to influence the total cholesterol and HDL cholesterol, people must be careful in eating dietary fiber with older people increasing in our society.
