Speed, abdominal muscular endurance, flexibility of male middle school students were more excellent than those of average Seoul male middle school students and cardiorespiratory endurance of female middle students was more excellent than that of average Seoul female middle school students. Significantly positive correlation was founded between total score of food frequency and power (standing long jump) of male students (r = 0.17). And, significantly positive correlations were founded between sum of physical fitness and fish, milk of female students (r = 0.20, r = 0.19). Also significantly negative correlation was founded between fruits and cardiorespiratory endurance(long distance race) of female students (r = -0.18).
