Abstract |
This study was performed to present basic ideas on the setting of a long-term project including nutritional and biochemical studies with the purpose of activating principal and applied researches about nutritional ergogenics. Results of the survey include the factors affecting consumers` acknowledgement on SD and SS, the reason of high experience on SD and SS in certain groups, and the order of preferences in flavor, components, amount etc. The flavor was the leading factor of choosing SD, and the flavor of fruits was chosen the most. Consumers wanted vitamins as a component of SD and SS than any others. |
